For Someone Special on Valentine's Day

Life takes us along many paths.
They twist and turn, filling us with both
apprehension and excitement.

So much in life
lies in the hands of fate and chance.

We can only hope
that we will make the right choices
and find our own way,
and that when our path forks and bends,
we won't get lost.

We hope that people will come into our lives
who will nurture and care about us.
We hope to find that special someone
who will share the joys of life with us.

And while much in my life
may remain unsure,
I can honestly say
that I have found my special someone.

I'm so glad my path
crossed with yours.
